Our fees are based on hourly rates and depend on the complexity of your case. The final fees are determined by the extent of our work, the number of chargeable hours, and the case complexity, which can range from straightforward to very complex.

The estimates provided below exclude all disbursements including Home Office fees, Immigration Healthcare Surcharge, counsel fees, appeal-related advice and assistance, or any additional fees beyond the scope related to the immigration application. Fee estimates exclude VAT.

VAT at 20% will be added unless otherwise specified.

These are costs related to your matter payable to third parties. We handle these payments for a smoother process. Disbursements include but are not limited to:

• Interpreters/translations if required
• Home Office interviews
• Home Office/Visa fees and any premium service supplements
• Immigration Health Surcharge
• Court/Tribunal fees
• Housing reports for immigration purposes
• DNA tests where appropriate
• Any other third-party costs related to your matter

Services Included in the Fee Estimate

The fee estimate covers our firm's professional services for your case, including:

• Detailed consultation and initial meeting to understand your circumstances and aims
• Advice on immigration rules and the appropriate application
• Review of supporting evidence/documents and advice on obtaining missing documents
• Drafting grounds of appeal, statements, and all preparatory work for the court bundle
• Submission of your application and appointment booking (excluding Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, and biometric appointment fees)
• Advice on timeline estimates related to the application
• Answering questions during Home Office consideration of your  application
• Correspondence with counsel, experts, Home Office, and Tribunal
• Review and advice on the application outcome

Timescale

The estimated timeline for preparing your application varies based on complexity, number of applicants, and required evidence. Typically, preparation takes 1-4 weeks after receiving all necessary information and documents. We will inform you promptly of any delays. The actual duration depends on the specific application and submission method.

Home Office processing times may still vary.
