Fatiha has experience in assisting clients with divorce, financial applications, domestic violence, forced marriages, child arrangement orders and public law proceedings.
She has represented parties in both private and public law proceedings in the Family Courts and is well known for her professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with difficult matters.
She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel and a member of Resolution. She believes in and promotes a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
Fatiha has extensive experience in immigration law and is an accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker and Supervisor under the Law Society’s Immigration, Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
She has assisted clients with asylum issues and applications for entry clearance under a number of categories and has assisted clients with their appeals at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunals and has experience of judicial reviews.
KHAN MD GOLAM AZAM

Khan Md Golam Azam has experience in immigration, asylum and human rights law and specialises in commercial leases, assignments of lease, civil litigation and judicial reviews. Khan has extensive experience in immigration law and is an accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
He is an experienced advocate and has represented clients at the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and the County Courts.
He graduated from the University of Rajshahi with LLB (Hons) in 1994 and completed his LLM in 1995. He was enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh in 1997 and permitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1999.
He is diligent, passionate and committed to acting in the best interests of his clients.
He enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in February 2014.
